PMC Drives
The PMC 90 is a powerful, fully programmable unit that features built-in motion control with integrated servo amplifier, designed for applications using brushless (ac) or brush-commutated (dc) motors up to 1HP.
No jumpers or setup is required to switch between either type of motor. Trapezoidal brushless motor commutation and feedback is automatic if hall sensors are connected, and encoders are not required.
Up to 31 intelligent servo drives can be controlled over a multi-drop full duplex RS-485 network in a distributed motion control environment. Standard RJ-45 connectors and comercially available cables are used for daisy chaining of modules.
PMC 90 is equipped with a wide range of built in safety features.
